About Us

Lumenos was formed out of a desire to provide professional Audio/Video solutions to ministries and churches with a mindfulness of ministry budgets.

With over 20 years of experience in both fields of ministry and professional Audio/Video/Lighting/Control Systems, Lumenos understands the mission of the church and is here to help facilitate the mission.

Lumenos provides system training to volunteers and church staff, on-call & on-site support, and system maintenance – all suited for the specific needs of your church.

Meet the team.

Brent Ingroum, CTS

Founder & Systems Engineer

Brent is a third-generation minister and started serving in the church at a young age. As a teenager, he became interested in church technology and A/V. As he expanded his knowledge, his passion for these grew exponentially. As an adult, he has held staff positions at various churches in both the music and tech departments. He has recently worked in commercial A/V integration as a system design engineer, working on various projects in Nevada and California such as the Las Vegas Convention Center - West Hall Expansion, College of Southern Nevada Health & Sciences Building (Henderson Campus), Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Sacramento, and the Google Experience Center in Playa Vista, California. He is excited to share his knowledge and wisdom, sharing with you what Lumenos has to offer to your ministry.

Brent is an Avixa Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and also holds certifications from a variety of A/V manufacturers including Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, BSS, & Biamp. He is also theWorship Pastor at Life Christian Church in Las Vegas, NV.

Erika Ingroum

Bookkeeper & Graphic Design

Erika is a bible college graduate, with a background in church administration and bookkeeping. She started serving in her church in high school, helping with different ministries and events. She has a passion for seeing ministry grow by being the “background person” that frees others up to use their gifts. She is a talented graphic designer, with experience in web-graphic design, event graphic design, and logos. She brings a wide array of knowledge to the behind-the-scenes movement of Lumenos and is ready to help your ministry out in whatever way she can.

Jordan Gibbons

Installation & Service Tech

Jordan has been serving in church ministry since he was a teenager. With his background as a musician and worship leader, his desire is to use these gifts to honor and serve God. Having been on various church staffs, his knowledge of the A/V aspect of a church is valuable. He trained directly under Brent Ingroum as an installation and service technician and looks forward to working with you and your ministry as you partner with Lumenos.
